A career built on real relationships in the city that raised me.
I came to Guelph in 1991 as a child after my family immigrated to Canada in 1989. My parents chose this city for the same reasons so many people choose it today — good schools, walkable neighbourhoods, real community. I never left. I studied Human Health and Nutritional Science at the University of Guelph (BSc and MSc), met my husband Robin here, and now we're raising our two children in the same city that raised me.
Before real estate, I spent years in a corporate career built on negotiation, communication, and relationship management. Those skills translate directly into representing buyers and sellers in one of the most consequential transactions of their lives. I bring the same patience to a first-time buyer figuring out pre-approval as I do to a multi-property investor.
My father-in-law was a Guelph REALTOR® for decades, and watching him work taught me that this job is fundamentally about people, not properties. Houses are the vehicle; the destination is always whatever the next chapter looks like for the person sitting across from me.
I work at Coldwell Banker Neumann Real Estate Brokerage, headquartered at 824 Gordon Street — one of Guelph's most established firms. The brokerage gives me the resources and reach of a major name, while I get to keep the personal, attentive service that comes from being your individual REALTOR®.
Licensed real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Neumann Real Estate Brokerage, one of Guelph's most established firms — headquartered at 824 Gordon Street since long before most of the south end was developed.
Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Human Health and Nutritional Science from the University of Guelph. A scientist's eye for evidence, a researcher's patience for nuance.
Affiliated with one of Guelph's most established brokerages — the support of a national brand combined with the local knowledge of a firm that has called Guelph home for decades.
In Guelph since 1991. I have watched this city grow from a small university town into one of Ontario's most desirable mid-sized cities — and I have walked nearly every neighbourhood in it.
I take on a small number of clients each year because the work I do — the negotiation, the late-night phone calls, the patient listening, the honest answers — does not scale. I would rather be the REALTOR® who answered when you called than the one who promised they would.
